This Privacy Policy explains how Workgram ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the Workgram mobile application (the "App") and related services (together, the "Service").

Workgram is operated by Alif Miazee Hossain, based in Kerry, Ireland.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

3. Why We Collect Your PPS Number (PPSN)

Workgram is required under EU tax transparency rules (DAC7, implemented in Ireland by the Revenue Commissioners) to collect and report certain information about workers earning income through digital platforms, including their PPSN, once their earnings or transaction volume exceeds the applicable reporting threshold.

Your PPSN is encrypted at rest, accessible only to authorised Workgram administrators, never displayed to other users, and reported to Irish Revenue only as legally required.

4. Why We Collect Your Banking Information

If you are a worker on Workgram, we collect your IBAN and account holder name so that we can pay you for completed jobs. This information is encrypted at rest, accessible only to authorised Workgram administrators, and never shared with other users.

We process your data based on: Contract (to provide the Service), Legal obligation (DAC7 and other Irish/EU law), Legitimate interests (platform safety and fraud prevention), and Consent (location tracking, push notifications — withdrawable anytime).

We do not sell your personal data. We share information with: other users (as necessary for the marketplace to function), Stripe (payment processing), Sentry (crash reporting), Cloudinary (image/video hosting), Resend (email delivery), Irish Revenue (DAC7 reporting where applicable), and law enforcement or regulators where legally required.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

9. Data Security

We encrypt sensitive data (PPSN, banking details) at rest, use secure password hashing, restrict internal access to sensitive data, and rely on reputable third-party processors. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

You can delete your account directly within the App via Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at support.workgram@gmail.com.

11. Children's Privacy

Workgram is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
